Loan Servicing Is All We Do
We were built around a simple belief: loan servicing is not a back-office function — it is institutional infrastructure. When servicing fails, it does not fail loudly. It erodes confidence quietly — through data drift, cash leakage, operational breakdowns, and loss of continuity.
FinServeIQ exists to prevent those failures.
FinServeIQ is led by executives whose judgment has been forged through real operating conditions — not theory. Our leadership philosophy is grounded in experiential intelligence: the accumulation of insight that comes from building, scaling, stabilizing, and correcting servicing operations across multiple credit cycles, portfolio types, and market conditions. This experience informs how we design controls, govern risk, and make decisions when conditions are complex or deteriorating.
Louis Ochoa serves as CEO of FinServeIQ, where he leads the firm’s strategy, operating model, and governance with a singular focus on institutional-grade loan servicing.
Louis brings more than three decades of experience across consumer finance, loan servicing, capital markets, and operational leadership. His career spans senior executive roles in subprime and non-prime auto finance, specialty lending, servicing platforms, and financial services operations — with direct responsibility for portfolio performance, regulatory readiness, servicing transitions, and institutional oversight.
Throughout his career, Louis has been responsible for:
Building and scaling servicing organizations
Managing portfolios through credit expansion and contraction
Leading platform conversions and servicer transitions
Establishing control frameworks that withstand audit, investor, and regulatory scrutiny
Advising capital providers and boards on servicing risk and continuity
Cesar Guzman serves as President and Chief Operating Officer of FinServeIQ, where he is responsible for enterprise execution, operational performance, and the delivery of institutional-grade loan servicing across the platform.
Cesar brings more than 30 years of experience in financial services, loan servicing, call center operations, and portfolio management. His career has been defined by building scalable servicing organizations, developing high-performing operational teams, and implementing disciplined processes designed to support performance, compliance, and regulatory readiness across multiple credit cycles.
At FinServeIQ, Cesar oversees day-to-day operations, including servicing execution, workforce strategy, training and development, operational governance, and performance management across domestic and nearshore environments. He ensures that FinServeIQ’s servicing platform operates with consistent controls, measurable performance standards, and seamless client onboarding — enabling portfolios to transition and scale without operational disruption.

He is responsible for building the firm’s brand presence, driving strategic partnerships, and developing targeted outreach programs that connect FinServeIQ’s institutional servicing platform with lenders, capital providers, and financial services organizations.
Mike brings more than 25 years of experience in marketing, communications, and lead generation, working across business process outsourcing, call center operations, B2B technology, and financial services. Kristin Andreasen leads FinServeIQ’s Talent, Training, and Organizational Effectiveness functions, bringing more than 30 years of experience building high-performing teams and institutional learning frameworks that strengthen execution discipline, operational risk management, and service continuity.
Kristin is responsible for designing and executing the firm’s training and development programs, talent acquisition strategies, and professional learning initiatives — all of which reinforce FinServeIQ’s control-first operating standards. Her work ensures that onboarding, performance development, and leadership progression are governed with the same rigor and documentation expected in institutional servicing environments.
Prior to FinServeIQ, Kristin served as Vice President of Employee Leadership & Development at Servicing Solutions, where she led talent strategy for servicing operations, performance improvement initiatives, and enterprise-wide leadership development. She also served as Director of Employee & Leadership Development for LoanMe, Inc.’s servicing division, where she directed the design, implementation, and evaluation of critical training programs — including new hire, compliance, ongoing functional, and leadership development.
“In a market that has seen what happens when servicing fails, we exist to be the safe pair of hands.”
